Meet Your Instructor:
Zara Dureno has been a Laughter Yoga instructor for 4 years and has been practicing laughter yoga for 15. She is also an Occupational Therapist and is passionate about using holistic and science based modalities to help people recover from trauma, illness or injury and live their best lives.
