In addition to the main conference program, a series of Lunch & Learn sessions and a special Friday Gala Dinner offer opportunities to continue learning and connecting with fellow attendees. These events bring together members of the Trauma Research Foundation community for shared meals, meaningful conversations, and presentations from leading clinicians and researchers.

Flash Talks are a dynamic conference session featuring concise, 7–8 minute presentations that highlight new research or program evaluation findings. Designed to showcase meaningful, data-driven work, these talks provide an engaging platform for professionals across disciplines and career stages to share fresh insights aligned with the conference theme.

General Scholarships are available for the 37th Annual Boston International Trauma Conference to help ensure that financial constraints do not limit access to transformative trauma education and professional development. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning community across both in-person and virtual attendance.
Student and Developing Nation Scholarships are offered to students at any stage of their education and to participants joining us from developing countries. A limited number of these scholarships are available for both in-person and virtual attendance, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
The Poster Session at the 37th Annual Boston International Trauma Conference offers a vibrant opportunity to share research-oriented work with a community of researchers and clinicians. Designed to foster meaningful exchange and professional growth, the session welcomes scholarly projects aligned with the conference’s mission and provides a supportive space to present new knowledge.
Presenters may choose to participate either in person at the Sheraton Boston Hotel or virtually via Zoom, with both sessions held concurrently on May 27 from 6:00–8:00 PM ET.
